If you decide to cancel the service before we have begun work on your request, you will be eligible for a full refund. If the service has already commenced, a partial refund may be granted depending on the amount of work completed.

3. Errors or Omissions:

If there is an error or omission in the service provided that is directly attributable to us, and it cannot be rectified, you may be eligible for a refund. This includes errors in document preparation, filing, or submission caused by our team.

Non-Eligibility for Refund

1. Change of Mind:

Refunds will not be provided if you simply change your mind after the service has commenced or has been completed.

2. Client's Non-Compliance:

If the client fails to provide necessary information, documents, or cooperation required to complete the service, and this leads to the inability to render the service, no refund will be provided.

3. Third-Party Delays:

Refunds will not be granted for delays or failures caused by third-party entities (e.g., government authorities, regulatory bodies) that are beyond our control.

Refund Process

After reviewing your request, we will notify you of our decision within 15 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline:

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
