Visit the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal (www.mca.gov.in) and log in using your credentials. If you do not have an account, register yourself as a user.
Once logged in, navigate to the 'MCA Services' tab and select 'eForms'. Search for Form DIR-3 KYC WEB under 'Company Services' and click on it to start filling the form.
Enter all required details accurately in the Form DIR-3 KYC WEB. This includes personal information, DIN, PAN, passport number (if applicable), Aadhaar number (if applicable), current address proof, contact details, and upload the recent passport-size photograph.
Ensure that the form is digitally signed by the director using their Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). The DSC must be registered with the MCA portal.
